| In 1975 | Founder Masahiro Lee graduates from National Institute of Technology, Nara College with specialization in mechanical engineering. Lee joins the development/production team at a major electronics manufacture and its affiliates to be engaged in developing and manufacturing electronic devices. While in the previous company, he engages himself in designing and manufacturing of semiconductor manufacturing equipment in the collaborative project with Matsushita Electric Industrial. During this time, Lee makes various inventions and develops semiconductor manufacturing systems to commercialize his inventions. Lee visits countries overseas to promote and sell his systems as the development and sales manager. |
